Complaint Process

Anyone who experiences a problem with Dee’tail Consulting, LLC may contact Customer Support to present issue details. Client will be asked to leave contact information. A Customer Support representative will properly investigate and respond to the client in a timely manner to discuss and attempt to resolve any issues.

Copyright and Ownership of Business Name and Website Content

Dee’tail Consulting, LLC website and the business name Dee’tail Consulting, LLC are owned and operated by Dee’tail Consulting, LLC. Material on Dee’tail Consulting, LLC website, services, images, policies, copy, and cost are protected by Copyright and Trademark Law. The name Dee’tail Consulting, LLC and website content cannot be reproduced, transmitted, used, or modified without permission of Dee’tail Consulting, LLC.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Dee’tail Consulting, LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, restructure, reorganize, change, rewrite, and/or revoke the Terms and Conditions contained herein at any time, for any reason and without notice. Should any material change to the Terms and Conditions on the website, the change(s) serve as due notification and becomes effective immediately.

Work Order Communications

Clients are responsible for providing a functional email address to receive communication and completed work from Dee’tail Consulting, LLC.

Upon clients purchasing services, clients will receive an Editing Work Order Confirmation email. Should an issue(s) arise with a client’s order, the client will be contacted by a Customer Support representative to resolve the matter. Clients are not able to opt out of service communications.

Dee’tail Consulting, LLC:

  • Will take plausible steps to ensure editing services are accurate and of high quality.
  • Guarantees all services will be delivered by the deadline agreed between the client and Dee’tail Consulting, LLC editor at the start of the project. Changes made to the work order once service has begun could result in a different/delayed delivery deadline.
  • Does not guarantee improved grades, successful grades, or acceptance of content for publication, and cannot be held liable for lack of same.
  • Does not guarantee that editing services will yield “perfect” or “error-free” work, nor do we guarantee to remove all (100%) of errors.
  • Expedited Services

    Bears absolutely no responsibility for bugs or file corruption that causes problems or changes in documents, to include problems that arise post Dee’tail Consulting, LLC returning the edited document to the client, as these problems are outside of Dee’tail Consulting, LLC control. In the event bug or file corruption issues arise, Dee’tail Consulting, LLC will assist clients to rectify these issues to the best of our ability.

    Refund Policy

    Reserves the right to refuse to quote for or to accept work orders/projects that Dee’tail Consulting, LLC:

  • Views to be offensive
  • Suspects to be plagiarized (will not edit work that has been plagiarized)
  • Considers turn-a-round time cannot be satisfied by the client’s deadline
