Client Information Accuracy

Clients are responsible for submitting true and accurate material regarding their contact information to include, their name, address, phone number, email address, and all payment details. Should a client fail to provide accurate aforementioned information, refusal of service may result. Client assumes all responsibility for any errors or issues, as inaccuracies where identified.

Confidentiality

The nature and content of the client’s work is retained confidential and not publicized to anyone other than the client. Under no circumstances will Dee’tail Consulting, LLC editors upload client information to external websites or distribute to a third party, unless otherwise authorized to do so in writing by the client.

Client Information Disposal

In accordance with applicable laws, Dee’tail Consulting, LLC destroys and/or deletes personal information from our systems. All texts may be obliterated from our system within 90 days of project completion, unless otherwise instructed by the client.

Legal Disclaimer

Dee’tail Consulting, LLC reserves the right to make public personal identifiable information when the disclosure is necessary to adhere to a judicial proceeding, court order, legal process and/or to protect the rights of Dee’tail Consulting, LLC.

Dee’tail Consulting, LLC uses the latest and most recently updated anti-virus protection to ensure all our systems and texts are virus-free.

Dee’tail Consulting, LLC does not sell, transfer, trade, rent, or share any personal information with any other party. The security of our client’s personal data is high priority. Dee’tail Consulting, LLC safeguards data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
